Cubes helps keep track of and efficiently complete tasks from document- and processrevisions, workflow tasks, reviews that are due, or open improvement actions.
Service function e-mail
With the available option, service function e-mail, the user automatically gets informed about open tasks. IMS PREMIUM checks thereby in the desired time frame (daily, weekly, monthly) dates of most diverse tasks.
PDF engine / PDF for viewer
The integrated PDF engine makes it possible to put out designed processes, activity lists, organizational charts, key figures and risk- or other evaluations as PDF files (A4 and A3 format, landscape and portrait).
Full-text search
Thanks to search filters, documents or other content such as processes are found even faster and prepared individually as lists. With the full-text search, contents of Microsoft documents can also be searched.
