Comment function – more input for more quality

A new comment function enables users, in an intuitive manner, to add comments to process content and thus improve editing by incorporating their own ideas and remarks. Collaboration has never been easier!

Process execution: automated and executable processes

Thanks to the development of the completely new “Process execution” module, automated and executable processes and forms are taken to the next level. This not only enables the implementation of complete, standards-compliant and comprehensible documentation of all possible business cases, but also simplified, responsibility-based task management. In addition to the core functionality, pre-configured solution packages such as audit, suggestion for improvement or customer feedback are available.

System-wide evaluations across all business areas

The expanded evaluation options enable all workflow-driven processes, measures, forms and documents to be filtered in the evaluation mask by type of evaluation, date of execution of the workflow step, people, departments or text content of all input fields used.
