In the morning of the event the exchange of experiences and the presentation of IMS PREMIUM Version 4.0 were on the agenda. The opportunity to exchange experiences with other users and employees of IMS AG was actively used. Experiences and concrete implementation examples were discussed as well as ideas and wishes for future functionalities of IMS PREMIUM.
After the joint stand-up lunch - with a rich and creatively presented buffet - the second part of the event started, where besides customers also interested parties had joined the group. Parallel sessions with different focus topics (GRC - Governance, Risk and Compliance, QM - Quality Management, BPM - Business Process Management) made it possible to specifically address the requirements of the participants. The motto "Successful implementation of digitization concepts" was at the forefront of all three topics. External experts and guest speakers from universities and SwissERM contributed their specialist knowledge to the individual groups and answered the most burning questions in the final discussion.
