Opportunities and challenges of digital business processes
13.15 - 14.05 Prof. Dr. Peter Jaeschke
How can companies optimise the digitalisation of their own processes?
In order to be able to successfully map business processes digitally, digitisation must be adapted to the characteristics of the processes. Knowledge-intensive, collaborative processes cannot be digitised using the same approaches as highly structured processes that can be planned in detail. This distinction can also be specific to business cases. Despite these challenges, how do you make the leap to digital business processes?
Innovation in process and quality management: regression or potential?
13.15 - 14.05 Andreas Fischbacher
Innovation, Invention and Regression in Management Systems
We have been observing stagnation in process and quality management for several years. Is this aspect of organisational development exhausted or are we in a regression? Is there innovation in this area that goes beyond the development of improved administrative tools?

14.35 - 15.25 Prof. Dr. Marc K. Peter
