The focus here is on configurable overviews of jobs, roles and people, including detailed information such as job descriptions, requirements profiles and skills matrices. The flexible mapping of internal and external positions as well as project groups and teams means that a consistent organizational chart can be created even for complex company structures such as holding companies.

Automatic data transfer from HR and personnel information systems


The IMS PREMIUM HR-Connector interface function enables the use of personal and organizational information from HR, payroll or personnel information systems. The transferred data forms the basis for a comprehensive, automatically generated graphical representation of the company organization.
