Versioning and document management

All documents - whether PDF, Microsoft files or web links - are versioned and centrally managed so that the latest version is available at all times. The structured display, including breadcrumb navigation and direct links to workflow steps, enables maximum transparency.

Multilingualism and PDF generation

All documents can be created and stored in different languages. Automatic PDF creation in multiple languages eliminates the need for manual creation. Users with read rights can easily access non-editable PDF versions in the respective language.

Microsoft integration via WebDAV

Seamless collaboration in Microsoft applications possible - including automatic locking when editing. The WebDAV interface enables direct access and version synchronization.

Individual and group verifications

Proof management in IMS PREMIUM enables the digital and audit-proof documentation of training courses, tests and proof of inspections - for individuals or entire groups. Thanks to the two-stage workflow and individual deadlines, the provision and traceability is structured and traceable, including automated reminders and overviews.

Metadata fields for document extension

Documents can be enriched with additional metadata (e.g. creator, date, status). This information improves filterability, traceability and evaluation options in document management. Dynamic properties such as creator and creation date are automatically entered in Microsoft documents. This ensures the link between IMS data and Microsoft files, which increases cross-system consistency.

Fine-grained authorizations

Authorizations can be assigned to all objects - including documents, processes, links and forms. If the IMS organizational units are used, automatic rights inheritance takes effect, which simplifies maintenance.

Workflow-controlled document release

Approval processes can be configured individually (e.g. dual control principle, central approval). Mails, to-dos and direct links support the structured processing of review and approval processes.
