Thanks to everyone who made the IMS Customer Event 2025 a special experience!

The IMS Customer Event took place at the D4 Business Village Lucerne on May 8, 2025. Under the guiding theme of “Transforming for Sustainability – Shaping the future together”, experts from a wide range of organizations came together to discuss current challenges and tried-and-tested solutions in process and quality management.

The focus was on concrete insights and application-oriented approaches to the following topics:

Integration of the IMS system into existing organizational structures
Design and implementation of interfaces to third-party systems
Best practices for successful process optimization
New developments and functions in IMS PREMIUM

There was also plenty of opportunity for personal exchange: numerous interesting discussions and new connections were made during the subsequent drinks reception.
