The training and skills management feature in IMS PREMIUM enables the systematic administration and monitoring of employee training, skills, certificates, and qualifications to ensure that all activities are performed by trained personnel. The solution offers comprehensive functions for documentation, verification, and multilingual administration, which supports compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Complete overview of your employees' skills

In this feature, training and skills can be structured and tracked in freely definable segments or types. Defined target/actual values and metadata for the various segments and types offer many monitoring and evaluation options. Targeted verification by individuals or groups allows expired or no longer valid training courses to be identified and planned.

Recording and management of training documents

The implementation and assessment of training can be recorded directly in IMS PREMIUM. Diplomas, certificates or any other type of document can be supplemented with additional information and assigned directly to the training courses and individuals. The entire history is archived and can be traced at any time. The proven and powerful functions from IMS PREMIUM, such as versioning, verification and authorization management, are available. All elements can be managed in multiple languages.

Direct overview and targeted evaluation


The tool provides a direct overview of who in the company has which training, qualifications or certificates. Extensive queries enable a targeted evaluation by job, person and training. Scheduled reminders for required or recurring training certificates ensure that the qualification data of all employees is always up to date.
