The improvement module can be operated easily and intuitively by employees. Thanks to the browser-oriented interface and the understandable user interface, the tool can be learned quickly without extensive training.

IMS PREMIUM improvement is multilingual and can be adapted to different user groups via user permissions and roles.

Measures quickly recorded and planned

Regardless of the problem - whether a customer complaint, process deviation, audit or improvement suggestion, errors in production or procurement - with IMS PREMIUM Improvement, deviations and measures can be recorded individually or coherently and processed clearly.

Improvement events and measures are communicated to individual users or entire groups. The IMS PREMIUM Improvement module controls the processing of the measures in a workflow and event-oriented manner. New measures are communicated to the people involved via email and browser-based to-do lists. Rules control the process and type of processing. Together with the IMS PREMIUM Organization and/or IMS PREMIUM Processes modules, this results in comprehensive integration. Each improvement can be assigned the corresponding organizational unit or process. By using connectors, customer, supplier, order or item data is available in every process step. Data that has already been recorded from ERP, HR systems and any other databases can be used without redundancy.

Extensive evaluation options allow you to search for, check and query the current status of individual improvements and measures at any time.
