In addition to specialist presentations, parallel sessions on digitization concepts in the areas of QM, BPM and GRC will be offered, from which you can freely choose your topic. The event will be held in two parts:
The morning is reserved exclusively for our customers and includes the exchange of experience at a high level as well as the presentation of IMS PREMIUM Version 4.0. The focus is on customer projects implemented in practice as input for your own solution. Experiences and concrete implementation examples will be discussed as well as ideas and wishes for future functionalities of IMS PREMIUM. The free IMS Roundtable also offers you the opportunity to have an intensive exchange of ideas with other users and our management during technical discussions. You will receive first-hand news and can be inspired by real-life examples from other IMS customers.
In the afternoon – which is also open to all interested parties – parallel sessions with different focus topics (BPM Business Process Management / QM Quality Management / GRC Governance, Risk and Compliance) will be offered. Under the motto of successfully implementing digitization concepts, we will guide you through your individual theme sessions. The program will be co-designed by external experts and guest speakers from universities and SwissERM. Take part in the presentations and discussions and broaden your knowledge.
Quality management includes all organisational measures that contribute to the improvement of process quality and the resulting services and products. From the improvement of communication, customer satisfaction or employee motivation and training to industry-specific standards and laws and certifications.
We show you the change from a static, documented model to a lively, executable process execution - in order to be able to distribute measures completely automatically.
