The integrated PDF engine enables designed processes, task lists, organizational charts, KPI, risk or other evaluations to be output as a PDF file. Already pre-installed templates support output in A4 and A3 format, landscape and portrait.

The Document type News option enables a graphical differentiation from other document groups and ensures additional order and clarity.

With the Most used list option, a list can be generated which displays to the current user the documents, document groups and processes he uses most frequently. Desired elements can be directly called at the click of a mouse. This function can be used on all pages of the document.

The type and number of elements to be displayed can be defined in the settings.

The user is alerted to pending tasks with the available E-mail service function option. IMS PREMIUM checks the deadlines of the various tasks within the desired timeframe (daily, weekly, monthly). The function can be used in combination with every module.

Each user can set his preferred language and views menu functions and content in the desired language (if maintained).

With the SharePoint Server, Microsoft offers a series of functions for document management. These functions can be used both in the MS-Office environment and in combination with IMS PREMIUM.

IMS PREMIUM SharePoint Integration is an extension of the document management of IMS PREMIUM. The function enables the comprehensive use of all documents and templates from the SharePoint Server.
