The option Standard and Law Administration allows a flexible recording of the desired regulations and the subsequent assignment of individual chapters or articles of law to the appropriate content. Powerful evaluation options provide efficient controlling and facilitate revisions, audits and certifications.
Adaptable & recipient-oriented
Various standards, laws, internal and external specifications (eg ITAF 16949, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001, SMS) can be easily managed in IMS PREMIUM. Standard chapters can be structured hierarchically and then assigned to processes, documents and systems.
Process owners, document owners and other employees thus see at a glance which specifications must be observed in their own area of responsibility. Due to the flexible design of the individual standard contents, a receiver-oriented and at the same time company-wide unified information processing is possible.
